Reporting forms

The grant recipient must report on the use of the grant one (1) year after payment (interim report) and at the end of the project (final report). If the project ends within one (1) year of the grant being paid, one (final) report will suffice. With multi-year grants, reporting must be done annually (interim report) and a final report at the end of the project.
